Terms of Service – DeeTours

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern all bookings and services provided by DeeTours (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services Offered
DeeTours provides curated travel experiences including:
- Customized travel packages
- Group tours
- Spiritual and cultural journeys
- Domestic and international travel
3. Booking & Payment Policies
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or partial as communicated).
- Until payment is received, bookings remain provisional and subject to availability.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be completed before the specified deadline or trip departure (whichever is earlier).
- Payment methods will be communicated during booking.
- Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
Late Bookings
- Bookings made close to departure may require 100% immediate payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Traveller
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Standard cancellation charges:
- More than 30 days before departure → 25% charge
- 15–30 days before departure → 50% charge
- Less than 15 days → No refund (100% charge)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to supplier policies.
- Processing time may take up to 30 days.
- Non-refundable components and admin charges will be deducted.
Cancellation by DeeTours
- We may cancel trips due to:
- Force majeure
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participants
In such cases:
- Full refund OR rescheduling option will be offered
- Liability is limited to amount paid
5. Itinerary Changes
By DeeTours
- We may modify itineraries due to:
- Weather
- Local conditions
- Operational issues
- Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible
- No refunds for minor changes
By Traveller
- Changes requested by travellers are subject to feasibility and may incur extra charges
6. Travel Responsibilities
Documents
- Travellers must carry valid:
- ID / Passport
- Visa
- Permits
We are not responsible for issues due to incomplete documentation.
Health & Fitness
- Travellers must ensure they are fit for travel
- Any medical issues are the traveller’s responsibility
Travel Insurance (Recommended / Mandatory for some trips)
- Should cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Loss of belongings
7. Behaviour & Conduct
- Respectful behaviour towards staff, co-travellers, and locals is mandatory
- Misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund
8. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal drug use → immediate removal + legal action
- Excessive alcohol causing disruption → removal
- Violation of local laws → traveller responsibility
9. Liability & Disclaimer
Third-Party Services
- DeeTours acts as a facilitator for:
- Hotels
- Transport providers
- Activity operators
We are not liable for their actions.
Limited Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Delays
- Losses
- Injuries
- Cancellations due to external factors
Force Majeure
Includes:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Political issues
- Government restrictions
Our liability remains limited to the amount paid.
Personal Belongings
- Travellers are responsible for their belongings
10. Indemnification
Travellers agree to indemnify DeeTours against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.

DeeTours reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
