Refund & Cancellation Policy – DeeTours

Effective Date: 01-Jan-2026


1. Overview

At DeeTours, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and changes are handled for all bookings.


2. Cancellation by Traveller

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days before departure → 25% of total booking cost
  • 15 to 30 days before departure → 50% of total booking cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure → No refund (100% charge)

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after deducting:
    • Cancellation charges
    • Non-refundable bookings (flights, hotels, permits, etc.)
    • Administrative charges (if applicable)
  • Refund processing time:
    👉 Up to 30 working days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible

4. Cancellation by DeeTours

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Insufficient group size
  • Government restrictions

In such cases:

  • Full refund OR
  • Option to reschedule

Note: Liability is limited to the amount paid to DeeTours.


5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to join the trip on time (no-show) will be treated as cancellation
  • No refund will be provided

6. Changes by Traveller

  • Requests for changes (dates, destinations, etc.) are:
    • Subject to availability
    • May incur additional charges

7. Changes to Itinerary

DeeTours may make changes due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational reasons
  • Local regulations

We will always try to:
✔ Provide equal or better alternatives

No refunds will be issued for minor changes.


8. Third-Party Services

Certain bookings are subject to third-party policies:

  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Activities

These may be:
❌ Non-refundable
❌ Non-changeable

DeeTours is not responsible for such restrictions.


9. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Political unrest
  • Travel bans

10. Early Exit / Partial Usage

  • If a traveller leaves the trip midway:
    ❌ No refund for unused services

11. Refund Disputes

  • All refund decisions made by DeeTours are final
  • Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of refund processing
